This will go on for 7-8 days at the beginning of September.
To compensate for this tremendous disruption we’ve decided to put together a sale of Stockroom items. There will be genuine bargains.
It’s on at Chapel St Saturday August 31st – Sunday September 8th at Tusk Gallery, 438 Chapel St, South Yarra…..Phone 03 9827 3338, e-mail southyarra@tuskgallery.com.au

2 New Works From 2 Of Our Most Popular Artists

Tusk Gallery is very excited to be receiving these two new artworks in the gallery very soon! They are currently available to all Tusk customers.

The first is by contemporary Thai artist Paitoon Jumee, whose large scale portraits have left many visitors to Tusk in absolute awe:

200x145cm, Acrylic on canvas

The second is a new diptych work by contemporary Australian artist Lisa Morgan. Whilst very different to Paitoon, Lisa’s works have also had a profound impact on many of our customers with her uniquely beautiful colour combinations, line work, and attention to detail:

The Age Newspaper features Melbourne photographer Matt Irwin

Matt standing in Centre Place in Melbourne CBD

Tusk Gallery has been fortunate enough to showcase the beautiful photography of Matt Irwin here in the gallery for several years.  Matt’s Melbourne photography captures areas of the city most people would never know even existed. In addition, his photographs capture unique moments in time –  capsules of Melbourne’s buzzing inner city cafe, laneway, and street art culture. Having only moved to Melbourne myself earlier this year, Matt’s photographs provided me with a captivating preview into the new city I was to call home.

Matt is no stranger to public attention, however, this article featured in today’s Life and Style lift-out of The Age newspaper, makes for an interesting weekend read and offers a fanastic insight into the creative mind and professional career of Matt.

Read the article online here: http://www.theage.com.au/entertainment/art-and-design/my-secret-melboure–matt-irwin-20130808-2rj1j.html

All of Matt’s photographs are currently available through Tusk Gallery and can be ordered as photographic prints or digital canvas prints to the size of your choosing. For more information contact Tusk Gallery at southyarra@tuskgallery.com.au or phone (03) 9827 3338
